About CoraVision

What is CoraVision?

CoraVision is an AI marketing team for owner-led businesses. It learns your business, builds your marketing plan, and talks you through the work step by step, live on your screen. Cora watches what you're doing, explains what matters in plain English, and shows you the next step inside the tools you already use.

Who is CoraVision for?

CoraVision is built for owner-led businesses: owners paying an agency and still in the dark, owners doing it themselves and overwhelmed by platforms and opinions, and operators who simply want more control and clarity over their marketing.

Is CoraVision a replacement for my marketing agency?

Not necessarily. CoraVision isn't built to bash agencies or replace them outright, it's the layer that helps you understand the plan and take the next step. Many owners use CoraVision to feel more in control and clearer about their marketing, whether or not they also work with an agency or freelancer.

How Cora works

Does CoraVision run my ads or make changes for me?

No. CoraVision coaches you to execute yourself, it does not autonomously make changes inside your ad accounts. Cora sees your screen, explains what matters, and shows you exactly how to do the next step, so you stay in control and build your own understanding of your marketing.

Which platforms does CoraVision connect to?

At launch, CoraVision reads from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center and Google Tag Manager, with more platforms coming. Connecting your ad accounts lets Cora ground every insight in your real performance rather than assumptions.

Privacy and security

Does Cora keep a recording of my screen?

No. Cora only looks at your screen during a live session with Cora. When you finish speaking, or while Cora is guiding you through a task, Cora takes a still image of your main display so Cora's guidance matches what's in front of you. Those images are used to answer you in the moment and are not saved to your CoraVision account. Nothing is captured when you're not in a session.

Can I control when Cora sees my screen?

Yes. Your computer asks your permission for screen recording before Cora can see anything, and Cora can only look during a session you start. End the session and Cora stops. On a Mac, the screen recording indicator shows whenever a session is running.

Does Cora save my conversations?

Yes, so Cora can pick up where you left off. Transcripts of your sessions and calls are saved to your account, and only you can see them. Voice audio from coaching sessions is also kept privately with your account. Calls keep a transcript only, never audio.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. In the app you can permanently delete archived projects, chats and calls, including their transcripts and any audio. You can also deactivate your account at any time, and ask the CoraVision team to erase your account and its data. Full privacy details will be published with the beta.

Can I disconnect my ad accounts?

Yes, at any time. Disconnecting a platform revokes CoraVision's access with that platform and deletes the stored connection. Reports Cora has already prepared for you stay in your account.

Are card payments secure?

Yes. You enter your card in Stripe's secure payment form, and the card details go straight to Stripe. They never touch CoraVision's servers. Your balance is only topped up once Stripe confirms the payment, and if your bank asks for extra verification, it appears right inside the form.

Do you offer two-factor authentication?

Every sign-in takes two steps: your password, then a six-digit code sent to your email, so a password alone is not enough to get into your account. Authenticator apps are not offered yet.
