Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Draft, pending final legal review.
This policy explains how CoraVision ("we", "us") handles information collected through this pre-launch website. CoraVision is not yet available; today this site's only purpose is to let you join the early-access list.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you enter. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, through Google Analytics: the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and the country or city, under a cookie identifier, never your name or email. Once you have a CoraVision account, the CoraVision service also sends four account milestones to Google Analytics (account created, first call completed, subscription started, subscription cancelled) under a pseudonymous identifier. Nothing said on a call, no screen image and no business data is ever sent to Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your email address only to contact you about CoraVision, early-access availability, the beta launch, and related product updates. We do not sell your email address.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until CoraVision launches and you have had the chance to try it, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Sharing
We may use trusted third-party services to store the early-access list and send email (for example, an email or database provider). Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Google is one of them, for the site usage figures and the four account milestones described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the email address we hold for you at any time. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

This is a working draft for a pre-launch site. Before CoraVision collects any product or account data, a full privacy policy covering the application itself will be published and reviewed by legal counsel.
