Send us a message
Sign in with your CoraVision account first, the same email, password and six-digit code as in the app. Then tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your name and email come from your account, so the message is only the message. A person reads every one and we reply within one business day.
It helps to include
- The version of the app, from Settings, then Check for updates.
- Whether you are on a Mac or Windows.
- Roughly when it happened, with your city, so we can find it in the logs.
