What happens when you reach 100 percent
When this week's allowance reaches 100 percent, Cora carries on with your credit if you have any, and nothing stops. When the allowance and your credit are both used up, CoraVision stops and asks you to buy credit, or to choose a plan on the free trial: a call pauses, a chat in the pill ends, and the window to pay opens on its own.
- Every place says the same thing in red: Your account has run out of credits, please purchase more credits or upgrade your plan to continue using CoraVision.
- For the warnings before this point, see The notices at 75, 85, 90 and 100 percent.
On your dashboard
-
In the Buy credit window that opens, choose an amount and click the Pay button, which shows the total. See Buy credit (top up).
1 The red message. 2 My Plan & Usage in place of Cancel. -
To look at your usage first, click My Plan & Usage at the bottom of the window instead.
In a call
-
The call pauses and a Buy credit window opens over it. Choose an amount and click Pay now; your saved card is charged. With no saved card, CoraVision takes you to the dashboard to add one.
3 Pay here and stay in the call. -
If you close the window, the call shows The call is paused. Click Buy credit on it to bring the window back, or end the call.
-
When your credit lands, the card says Your credit has landed. Click Resume meeting to carry on from where the call paused.
5 Resume when the credit has landed.
In the pill
-
The chat ends, and a panel opens under the pill with the same red message. Choose an amount and click Pay now. To go to your settings instead, click Open My Plan & Usage instead, which leaves pill mode.
-
When the credit has landed, start Cora again from the pill. Cora remembers what you talked about.
On the free trial
-
When your free trial credit runs out, the plans page opens with the red message at the top, and in a call or the pill the button says Choose a plan. Choose one to keep going. See Plans and what each includes.
What happens next
Credit you buy is used until the week resets, and then your new allowance starts at 0 percent. To stop this happening in the middle of a call, keep some credit in your balance or turn on auto top-up.
Common questions
Is anything lost when a call pauses?
No. The call is paused, not ended, and it carries on from the same point when you resume. Cora does not listen or speak while it is paused.
What if I do not want to buy credit?
Click End call, or wait. Your allowance starts again when the week resets, at 0 percent.
If I click My Plan & Usage in a call, what happens to the call?
You leave the call window for the dashboard, and the call stays paused until you come back to it.
