Common questions

Why can't I book it for today?

Cora's analysis of your accounts takes up to 24 hours after your onboarding call, so session two opens no sooner than 24 hours after it ends.

Do I have to book a time?

No. Once your strategy is ready, you can click Start call on your dashboard whenever suits you. A booking puts it in your calendar so it does not slip.

How do I change the time?

In the sidebar, click Calls, open the booking, and click Edit. To call it off, click Cancel; the calendar invite is withdrawn.

The calendar invite has not arrived. What do I do?

Check your junk or spam folder for an invite from Cora, sent to the email you sign in with. The booking is still listed under Calls, and you start the call from your dashboard either way.
